The foundation of the solution is specialized high-resistant industrial Uniq PC computers, which are resistant to water, dust, smears and shocks. They have a passive cooling system and closed all-metal construction. Uniq PC computers are maintenance-free with a minimum failure rate – ideal for continuous operations. They are washable, have high mechanical resistance and use 15-times less energy than standards computers. Thanks to its software the Uniq PC acquires data automatically and in real time without the intervention of an operator. The operator can add via touchscreen panel their name, the product being worked on and downtime, too, should it occur. Everything will be displayed in summary form and concurrently archived.

Efficiency is measured and evaluated on basic of three indicators:

• availability of equipment – compares the time the equipment actually produces with time when it could produce
• performance of equipment – compares the real produced quantity with the specified standard
• quality – compares the number of produced units with number with the highest quality
