World technology from the east of Slovakia
The ELCOM company has been operating on the Slovak market since 1991. It has grown from a distributor of the Japanese company SHARP to a designer and manufacturer of its own cash register solutions. Since 1997, it has started producing cash registers under the ELCOM brand.
Currently, ELCOM produces some of the top cash registers in the world. The company has already sold more than 750,000 devices, is still developing new cash register models, and most recently brought a modern touch cash register with the Android system to the market. ELCOM places emphasis not only on the functionality and durability of its products, but also on their beauty and design. The excellent design of ELCOM cash registers was noticed and appreciated by the world-famous design studio Giugiaro, which works for such brands as Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Ducati and Seiko.
ELCOM's product portfolio has been expanded over time by the development and production of durable UniqPC industrial computers and unique Secure Sign signature devices. Did you know that nearly a dozen banks in the Gulf region already use our biometric signature and paperless document management solutions?
The company also stood up to the development and production of equipment for extreme conditions, such as control systems in nuclear power plants, electronics for the automotive industry or healthcare. Since 1991, we have been providing solutions for retail, industry, production and the financial sector.

ELCOM guarantees the high quality of its products. It holds a quality management certificate according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 from the certification company SGS. In the production and delivery of products, it uses IPC acceptance rules and meets EU requirements for lead-free production (RoHS).
