FLEXIBLE WAY OF CONNECTIVITY
The Digital Desk has wide range of possibilities for connecting accessories and external devices. These can be connected either directly to the Digital Desk or through the hidden ports under the desk.
SIMPLE CLIENT IDENTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
Digital Desk enables simple client identification by ID card or payment card through built-in chip card reader or contactless card reader. This concept is very discreet, client`s data are safe. Downloaded data are automatically used for filling in business documents. It saves a lot of time and protects against errors from re-writing client`s data.
SECURE SIGNAGE DIRECTLY IN THE DOCUMENT
The special combination of touch-screen surface allows client to see the signature during signing. Significant feature of credibility is possibility to see signature in the document before and after document locking. The verification of signature is objective thanks to revolutionary software that verifies inclination of pressure of the pen and also its dynamics. Biometric signature is unique to each person, the possibility of falsification of the signature is almost zero.

An interesting design brings easy adjustment of device position by rotating and tilting. Screen rotation can be setup in the range of total up to 30 degrees. SPACIOUS WORK AREA WITH TOUCH CONTROL
Rich screen provides comfort viewing and editing of documents (e.g. contracts), easy zooming (forgotten glasses), thanks to that the document is under client`s control. All relevant informations could be displayed on one screen. Digital Desk is PC with a 19" LCD multi touch screen monitor and with built-in 10" signature area for capturing biometric signature (digitized handwritten signature). The display provides clearer pictures with LED backlighting, that allows excellent readability.
"GREEN" SOLUTION
The principles of environmental protection are part of our technology practice in the manufacture of our products. Like all our products, the Digital Desk was produced in accordance with the requirements of the European Union for lead-free production. Used Intel Celeron processor is extremely economical, so consumption of the device is less than 25 W. Compared with traditional computer is the consumption of more than ten times lower. This will you save on electricity and also protect the environment.
