Rich screen provides comfort viewing and editing documents (e.g. contracts), easy zooming (forgotten glasses), thanks that the document is always under client`s control. All relevant informations could be displayed on one screen.
EASY CLIENT IDENTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
Infokiosk enables easy client identification with ID card or payment card through built-in chip card reader or contactless card reader. Preloaded data are automatically used for filling in business documents. This saves a lot of time and makes the business case for customer very easy even without intervention by your staff.
SECURE SIGNING DIRECTLY INTO THE DOCUMENT
The special combination of touch-screen surface allows client to see the signature during signing. Significant feature of credibility is possibility to see signature in the document before and after document locking. The verification of signature is objective thanks to revolutionary software that verifies inclination of pressure of the pen and also its dynamics. Biometric signature is unique to each person, the possibility of falsification of the signature is almost zero.
INDICATION OF PRINTED DOCUMENTS
Your price list or promotional materials are not need to print in bulk. Often happens, that you still have a variety of materials, but they are already outdated. With the Infokiosk you can provide a variety of printed documents only when they are really needed. The client chooses if he want to print or send the document to its email. You will save not only the printing cost but also the environment.
Infokiosk has a built-in sensor of printed pages. Green light informs the client that documents were printed, so will not remain forgotten in the printer. This feature is especially convenient when printing discrete documents with sensitive data. Remote management of printer status considerably simplifies printer maintenance and optimizes the necessary interventions - timely cartridge replacement or adding the paper.
